Job description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Spring, Texas seeks an experienced commercial finance attorney to support HPE Financial Services in a hybrid role based in the Houston area. The attorney will structure complex financing and leasing transactions and advise cross-functional partners.
Requirements include a Texas-licensed JD, 5+ years in banking/finance, and strong drafting/negotiation skills with UCC Article 9 expertise. Two days in-office per week; competitive benefits.
