West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager, CS Engagement to lead a global team focused on best-in-class customer contacts and service delivery. The role supports NAM/EMEA/APAC regions, collaborating with Commercial teams to meet customer expectations measured by surveys.
The position requires 8+ years in client services, 3+ years of team leadership, ERP SAP SD experience, and strong English communication. Hybrid work model with 3 onsite days per week is offered.
