Job description
The Delaware Department of Justice – Civil Division, Affirmative Litigation Unit, seeks a Deputy Attorney General to serve as general counsel to the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board (UIAB) and the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Appeal Board (FMLIAB), and to administratively prosecute professionals who violate regulations. Travel to Kent County is required.
Minimum qualifications include Delaware Bar admission and strong legal writing.
