Job description
Unidine at Morningstar in Oswego, NY is seeking a Remote/Onsite Dietitian to join a long-term care setting with a hybrid schedule of two remote days per week. The role focuses on medical nutrition therapy and collaborative care for residents.
You will implement nutrition plans, coordinate with care teams, train staff, and participate in QA and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
