Job description
CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist as a Digital Health Specialist for a hybrid role. You will split time between in-clinic care and remote digital health services, contributing to telehealth and RTM programs with data-driven outcomes.
The role requires a CAPTE-approved PT degree, a state license (or in process), and a strong commitment to patient-centered care in a fast-evolving digital health program. Hybrid, full-time, growth opportunities are emphasized.
