Yoh Services LLC seeks a Director, Workplace Technology Operations to lead enterprise End User Services via an external MSP in a hybrid role with 3 onsite days. You will own strategy, roadmap, and modernization for service delivery, security controls, and employee productivity.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise IT, MSP management, and expertise in Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, and ITIL. Salary base 148k–158k plus 20% bonus and benefits.
