Job description
HarperCollins Publishers is seeking a strategic Director of Independent Bookstore Sales to grow our Independent Bookstore business across Adult and Children's publishing. You will lead eight field reps, partner with VP to shape strategy, and drive revenue with data-driven decisions.
You will collaborate with publishing, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align plans, forecast inventory, and craft seasonal initiatives that support booksellers and profitable growth.
