Job description

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Director, Managed Care Contracting to lead negotiation and implementation of managed care agreements across facilities, affiliates, physicians, and bundles.

The role directs contract rates and terms, ensures language consistency with contracting parameters, and works in a hybrid environment requiring one day in the office weekly. Five to ten years of healthcare contracting experience preferred.
