Job description

Seafarer Capital Partners in Larkspur, California seeks a Director of Fund Administration and Business Operations to manage fund administration, LLC oversight, compliance, HR, technology and premises. This full-time exempt role requires hybrid in-office/remote work with occasional travel.

The candidate will report to the Vice President and contribute across multiple committees while guiding growth and building a self-sustaining organization in overseas markets.
