Job description
UCLA Health is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to guide policy and compliance for staff HR matters, including FMLA, disciplinary actions, and investigations. You will review and advise on employment-related documents, ensuring proper procedures across departments.
You will partner with Compliance, Privacy, Title IX, Risk Management, Staff Diversity & Compliance, and Campus HR to ensure uniform practices, conduct full investigations, and train management on policy and protocol.
