Job description
Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to advise and counsel business leaders on performance management, employee relations, and HR policy interpretation at a Westfield, IN site on a hybrid schedule.
The role partners with Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Training to drive HR strategies that support business goals and ensures policy compliance across the organization. Target pay range is $90,000–$105,000 with annual bonus and industry experience is preferred.
