Job description
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives. You will partner with Communications, Marketing, HR and business leaders to bring our employee value proposition to life through compelling campaigns and content.
You’ll use market insights and campaign data to influence strategy, build candidate engagement, and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the Sr.
