Job description
ExlService Holdings, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Engagement Manager, Collections Strategy to lead the design, testing, and optimization of end-to-end collections and recoveries strategies across early and late buckets.
You will combine analytics, experimentation, and partnerships with operations and vendors to lift RPC, increase recovery rates, reduce roll-forward, and lower unit costs.
