Executive AssistantThe Windfall is partnering with a Private Equity firm that is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant. This will be working alongside other incredible Executive Assistants on the Investor Relations Team. Their midtown Manhattan office has just gone through a brand new buildout where you will be able to enjoy all the perks of the space. You will be supporting 2-3 Directors and 2-3 associates. They foster an empathetic environment with an amazing training program. This role is working in the office Monday-Thursdays, WFH Fridays from 8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility for overtime as it is required.Responsibilities:Travel arrangements and logistics across time zonesMaintain and update Director and Executive's calendarsBook and coordinate internal and external meetingsSetup conference/video calls and with internal and external parties (make sure technology is working in conference room)Manage conference rooms for meetingsBreakdown conference room after meetingsPrepare material, update and edit presentationsPrint, bind and distribute presentationsArrange and coordinate internal/external conferencesCoordinate with Portfolio Companies and ExecutivesHandling of confidential information and materialsRegister and update contacts in internal databasesExpense reportingBack-up other EAsCoordination of international meetingsAssist with office-wide projects and events, as neededRequirements:5+ years of EA experience in finance, consultancy or techExperience and interest in; travel and logistic coordination (domestic and international), heavy calendar management, working with databases, work in an international environment, communicating with executivesExperienced computer user: Gmail, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, WordTeam-minded approach to tasks and projectsAbility to multi-task and prioritize/re-prioritize as neededService minded with a "can do" attitudeFocus on quality and a strong attention to detailFlexible style and the ability to seek solutions both independently and as part of a teamCapable and driven to take initiativesSound commercial judgmentStrong communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills (heavy coordination across business lines)Package: $145,000 Base Salary Discretionary Bonus Based on Individual & Firm Performance 100% Covered Benefits 4% 401k Match iPhone & Laptop Commuter Benefits Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks Provided Daily
