Job description
My Backyard Sports, LLC is seeking a Managing Director to serve as the operating executive for a growing outdoor living and home services business. This role partners with the General Manager and CEO to drive execution, accountability, and business performance.
The role leads day-to-day operations, translating strategy into execution across pricing governance, sales leadership, project management, field execution, and customer delivery. This is a hands-on operating leadership position.
