Job description
United Health Services (UHS) seeks an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for two outpatient practices in the Southern Tier of New York. The role combines 2 days of on-site patient care and 3 days of telehealth from remote locations, with an optional 4-day week (4x10h days).
Requirements include NYS NP license, ANCC/AANP certification, MSN, NYS RN license, CPR, and prescriptive privilege. Salary range is $131,900–$155,200 with production bonuses.
