Job description
Nice Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid role based in Brainerd, MN. You will deliver in-person and virtual patient care, coordinate referrals, and work with an integrated care team including mental health and physical therapy providers.
The role requires a master’s degree, APN/PA certification, CPR/BLS, and an active Minnesota license; travel and on-road care are part of the position.
