Job description
One Medical is seeking a licensed FNP or PA to join our hybrid, full-time team in San Francisco (Laurel Heights). You will manage diverse patient panels across acute, chronic, and preventive care, with in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of outpatient primary care experience, CA licensure, and a passion for human-centered care. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.
