Job description
CIMPAR, S.C. is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients across skilled nursing facilities and hospital settings.
The role combines rounding, admissions, follow-ups, consultations, discharges, and transitions of care with collaboration across physicians, nurses, and case managers. Qualified candidates will hold an Illinois APRN license with national FNP certification, a DEA license, and the IL Controlled Substances license.
