Job description
Transhealth in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on gender-affirming services. The role blends in-person and telehealth with a hybrid schedule, primarily weekdays, and a strong collaborative care model.
Applicants must be a Massachusetts-licensed physician—board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine—with 3+ years of experience. Experience serving LGBTQ+ communities is essential; transgender healthcare CE is a plus.
