Choices Case Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager for the Southern Orange County territory, covering Irvine and nearby cities.
This field-based role requires on-site travel up to 60% with a home office setup and hybrid work status. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Workers' Compensation case management, reside in Southern OC, hold a CA RN license, and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.
