Job description
Accordion is seeking a senior finance transformation professional to lead diagnostics, design and implement process improvements, and manage multi-workstream engagements for PE-backed portfolio companies. You will interact with CFOs, sponsors, and senior leadership while guiding change across finance functions and technology enabling AI. The role is hybrid across US offices with occasional travel and a strong client-service mindset.
