Job description
R-2 Contractors is seeking a hands‑on Fleet Mechanical Engineer to enhance the design, reliability, and lifecycle performance of our construction fleet. You will collaborate with Fleet, Operations, and Project teams, testing prototypes and delivering practical engineering solutions across multiple sites.
The role requires CAD capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel to project sites and shop locations.
