Job description
Oliver James Associates Ltd. in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Accountant to own accounting across Fund (Real Estate / Private Equity) and Corporate entities, with support from outsourced Audit and Tax firms.
The role requires self-motivation and independence as an individual contributor, with a hybrid work setup in LA. You will lead month-end close, prepare financial reporting packages, oversee real estate operations, and coordinate with external CPAs for tax filings.
