Job description
Housing Partnership Development Corporation (HPDC) seeks an experienced General Counsel to serve as the in-house attorney and provide comprehensive legal counsel across affordable housing development, corporate governance, litigation, asset management, and operations.
The General Counsel will advise the CEO, Board, and affiliated entities, lead a small legal team, manage complex transactions from formation to closing, and help shape strategic programs.
