Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens role in New York. The hybrid position combines outpatient clinic duties with home-based geriatric care within a value-based care model.
The role offers a flexible schedule (Full Time Hours Guaranteed) with a typical 8:30 start, and patient loads include 3–5 home visits and 7–10 clinic patients per day. NY license and board certification are required.
