AstraZeneca is seeking a Global Safety Program Lead for Cell Therapy Oncology & Onco-Hematology, based in Gaithersburg, MD (onsite). You will shape safety strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure pharmacovigilance excellence for a major cell therapy program, including clinical and regulatory contributions.
You will mentor safety physicians/scientists, drive risk mitigation, and collaborate across clinical development, regulatory, and safety functions to maintain optimal benefit-risk
