Job description
Willis Towers Watson seeks a Health & Benefits Director to lead client engagements across health and welfare programs, driving strategy and expanding relationships with current and prospective clients. You will work with WTW's solutions, mentor teams, and influence the Health & Benefits practice in a hybrid environment.
You will design and manage medical, dental, wellbeing, disability and time-off plans, lead project delivery, and advise on pricing, reserves and design alternatives.
