Mercer is seeking a Lead Health & Benefits Consultant to join our Health & Benefits team. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston or Philadelphia with in-office for at least three days weekly.
You will manage large employer accounts, design sophisticated health and welfare programs, and negotiate with carriers. The position requires a BA/BS, 8+ years of experience, and a Life & Health license.
