Care Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across the organization, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining project momentum from kickoff through completion.
The ideal candidate has healthcare project delivery experience, familiar with Agile/Scrum, and is adept at stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting. This role offers a hybrid schedule based in Charlottesville with on-site days as needed.
