Job description
3HC Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hybrid HH & Hospice Nurse, RN (PRN) to provide skilled nursing care in the Greenville, NC area. You will coordinate hospice services, perform assessments, administer medications, and support patients and families in their homes and local settings.
Qualified candidates are licensed RNs in North Carolina with at least one year of acute care nursing experience, CPR certification, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
