Job description
3HC Home Health and Hospice in Smithfield, NC seeks a Hybrid HH & Hospice Nurse, RN to provide skilled nursing care for patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services and to coordinate hospice services in alignment with agency goals and policies. The role requires NC RN licensure, at least one year of acute care nursing experience, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR systems.
Travel to patient homes is expected as part of care delivery.
