Job description
3HC Home Health & Hospice Care Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid HH & Hospice Nurse, RN responsible for delivering skilled nursing care and coordinating hospice services in line with our philosophy and policies.
The ideal candidate is a registered NC-licensed nurse with at least one year in acute care, preferably with hospice experience, CPR/BCLS certified, and proficient with EMR systems and patient/family communication. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
