Job description
Amatus Health Care in Dallas, TX, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and rehabilitation services across the Ft. Worth/Dallas area.
The role combines in-home patient visits with documentation, care coordination, and virtual team meetings. You will develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
