Job description
3HC Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Hybrid HH & Hospice Nurse, RN (PRN) to provide intermittent skilled nursing care in the Wilson, NC area. This as-needed role requires delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating hospice services, and documenting in the EMR according to physician orders and agency policies.
Applicants must be an licenced RN in North Carolina with at least one year of acute care experience; CPR certification and reliable transportation are required.
