Job description
RED Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide hands-on HR support across RED Group while partnering with leaders and employees to strengthen people practices, employee experience, and culture. This role is based in our Metairie, LA office and partners with leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
Youll drive employee relations, performance management, talent development, onboarding, benefits programs, and compliance while upholding RED Groups core values and safety culture.
