Job description
The University of Massachusetts Amherst is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner I to administer HR processes for assigned units, support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits, and communicate policies to managers and staff. The HRBP I will handle routine issues, assist with leave administration, performance processes, and data entry in the HRIS, while escalating complex matters to senior colleagues.
This hybrid, full-time position is based in Amherst and reports to the Human Resources
