Job description
CookUnity is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Los Angeles Operations team. This role partners with leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning, and a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
You will support exempt and frontline workers across multiple facilities, travel as needed, and operate in a hybrid model (3 days onsite). The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, deep knowledge of employment laws, and experience with HRIS systems.
