Job description
Scion Staffing, Inc. has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Director for a growing healthcare services organization supporting clinical operations across a major Texas metropolitan market.
This is a direct-hire, hybrid opportunity requiring a minimum of three days onsite per week in the Dallas area. The HR Director will lead day-to-day HR operations for roughly 200 employees, overseeing benefits, retirement administration, payroll accuracy, and HRIS while guiding an existing HR team
