The Van Drunen Family of Companies is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the HR Business Partner function across multiple sites. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will build a team of HR Business Partners, set employee relations standards, and advise senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
