Job description
Legrand AV, Inc. in West Hartford, CT is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to maintain HRIS tools, ensure data integrity, and lead reporting and system testing in a hybrid role.
You will partner with HR Ops, payroll, IT, and benefits to design processes, implement enhancements, and support acquisitions across entities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in HR technology, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM or Dayforce, SQL querying, and reporting tools.
