Job description
Technical Safety Services (TSS) is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to be the dedicated HR partner for our East Coast teams, owning several company-wide HR programs. You’ll coach leaders, navigate employee relations, and help build practical, scalable people practices as we grow.
This hybrid role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment practices.
