Job description
Ryan, LLC seeks a skilled HCM Solutions Architect to lead Workday and related HCM solutions within our People Technology team. Hybrid role with 1-2 days in Plano; you’ll design, implement, and maintain Workday architecture, security, data flows, and AI-enabled capabilities across HRIS.
Collaborate with Finance, IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency.
