Zurich North America is hiring a Corporate Counsel or Sr. Corporate Counsel – Corp Governance to join our Legal team at the Schaumburg, IL headquarters. You will identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, and provide in-house guidance across governance, investor relations, IT, and data protection.

The role supports a broad range of corporate matters, including regulatory affairs, finance, and capital market transactions in a dynamic insurance environment.
