BBVA is seeking an Investment Banking In-House Finance Counsel in New York to support the US Legal Department and advise on capital markets and lending matters. The role requires a JD, NY license, and at least five years of top-firm experience, with strong knowledge of securities laws and broker-dealer rules.
You will collaborate with CIB teams, manage regulatory issues, and coordinate with Europe, Asia, and Latin America to deliver compliant, sophisticated financial transactions.
