Job description
Zanskar in Salt Lake City (Hybrid) is seeking an In-House Paralegal / Contract & Compliance Lead to partner with HR and external counsel in building a robust contract framework across geothermal projects.
You will review contracts, identify compliance gaps, prepare due‑diligence documents, and manage filings for Zanskar entities while working with senior leadership to optimize legal processes in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
