Job description
AbbVie is seeking an in-house Counsel for the Patent Prosecution group, part of our Intellectual Property, Transactions, and Innovation legal team. The role will support AbbVie's pharmaceutical products and operate from North Chicago, IL, with hybrid work options.
You will develop and implement IP strategies, work with cross-functional R&D and business teams, draft and prosecute patent applications worldwide, defend patents in post-grant proceedings, and perform due diligence for business
