What You’ll Do
In this RPO role, you will recruit specialized financial services talent across investment management functions, supporting professional through executive‑level hiring. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance, while partnering with hiring managers to shape recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
Recruit across Fund Accounting , Fund Administration , Investment Operations , Finance , Accounting , Risk , Compliance , and Leadership
Build talent pipelines across Asset Management , Alternative Investments , Hedge Funds , Private Equity , and Financial Services
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
Screen candidates, coordinate assessments, and schedule interviews
Share market intelligence with hiring managers, including talent availability and compensation trends
Maintain accurate candidate activity and hiring data in ATS platforms
Meet recruiting metrics and service‑level expectations consistently
Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
What You Bring
3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting within Financial Services , Investment Management , Asset Management , Capital Markets , or Alternative Investments
Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related (a plus)
Role Details
Location: Collegeville, PA (hybrid)
Salary range:
$80,000 to $120,000 per year
