Job description
Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Laboratory Quality Program Manager to join our team in a hybrid role spanning Wilmington, DE and Orlando, FL. The position ensures compliance with CAP, CMS, JC, AABB, FACT regimes and oversees quality data across laboratories and transfusion medicine services.
The role requires strong expertise in quality improvement, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Safety, and Laboratory leadership. Travel ~30% is expected.
