Job description
KidStrong Katy is seeking a motivated, high-energy Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support our General Manager in growing the center and delivering top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role combines outbound sales and lead management with hands-on coaching for kids on the mats.
You will coach 8–10 classes weekly, engage with children to build confidence and physical skills, and help optimize class schedules while maintaining excellent member relationships.
